Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Express delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to metros and 4–7 working days to other serviceable PIN codes.
Charges
Shipping is free on prepaid orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a flat ₹49 courier charge applies. Cash-on-delivery, where available, carries an additional ₹30 handling fee.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded outer box or opaque courier bag. Neither the label nor the invoice on the outside names the product or the category.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by SMS and email as soon as the courier scans the parcel.
