Questions people ask

Can I take this alongside my regular medication?

Ask your doctor first, and take the pack with you so they can read the full ingredient list. This matters most if you are on medication for blood sugar, blood pressure, thyroid or blood thinning. We are not able to make that call for you.

Are there side effects?

Every pack carries its full composition and its cautions - read them before you start. Stop taking it and see a doctor if anything feels wrong. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under 18, do not start without medical advice.

How much do I take, and when?

The dose is printed on every pack and listed on that product page. Do not exceed it. Most of the range is taken with water after a meal unless the pack says otherwise.

Will the parcel say what is inside?

No. Everything ships in plain packaging with nothing on the outside naming the contents or the category. The sender line reads as our company name only.

Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?

We ship across India. Delivery is free on orders over Rs 499; below that a flat shipping charge applies at checkout. You will get a tracking link once the parcel leaves us.

Are these products approved?

Our manufacturing is GMP and ISO 9001:2015 certified, the range is registered with FSSAI, and the Ayurvedic formulations fall under the Drugs Controller (AYUSH), Government of India. The marks are shown further down this page.

What if I want to return something?

Unopened packs can be returned - the window and the process are set out in full on our policy page. Opened supplements cannot be taken back, for reasons we hope are obvious.
