Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed products in their original packaging, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or wrong item
If a parcel arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, email contact@lmcstore.in within 48 hours with photographs of the package and product. We arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or a full refund.
Non-returnable
Opened supplements, oils, tablets and any product with a broken seal cannot be returned.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch from your account page or by email.
